SHIPPING POLICY
As all Fern & Ember products are lovingly made to order, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times (UK):
- Standard delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–8 working days
Free shipping on all UK orders over £50. Orders below £50 will be charged at our standard shipping rate at checkout.
We ship via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked courier. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
