Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery options — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love every Fern & Ember purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at fernandember2026@gmail.com to arrange a return.
Are your products natural, vegan, and cruelty-free?
We are committed to creating products that are kind to you and the planet. Most of our products are crafted with natural ingredients and are vegan and cruelty-free. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to get in touch.
